for urban self-service
applications
A systems including
telematics

7. Examples of Projects
• CRISTAL (LOHR Industrie)
a specific vehicle, adapted to self-
service,
an appropriated system of management
and exploitation,
a system fitting with a global strategy
of mobility (transport and car park
management),
integration and supporting measures.
Its purpose is to adapt the
offer in individual or semi-
collective transport
following the constant
evolution of the demand in
urban centers.

8. CRISTAL : Public Individual Vehicle
• The Cristal’s innovation consists in the implementation of
a complete offer (by this individual or semi-collective
units of mobility) in public transportation, by the same
operator exploiting the public existing transport, and to
provide all users needs in their urban mobility.
• The integration of innovative technologies such as :
information systems (in two different places), automatic
analyses of the users (data mining), platooning or
computer-aided tourism, complete this new offer of
mobility.
