2. The Gonzalez Regimen is a cancer diet therapy designed more specifically for
patients with pancreatic cancer. This complex treatment plan is composed of
pancreatic enzymes found in pigs along with vitamins and minerals for a complete
cancer nutrition package.
Gonzalez Diet for Cancer
The therapy is shown to rid toxins from the body, balance the nervous system, and
keep a healthy immune system. This complex plan is broken down into three major
parts; a diet, coffee enema, and pancreas enzymes.
Diet Coffee Enema Enzymes
The diet is completely
variable, however only
organic foods are

The Gonzalez diet is extremely variable so patients are broken down into metabolic categories. Patients
with solid epithelial tumors in the lung, pancreas, breast, colon, prostate, uterus, etc. do best on a largely
plant based diet. Patients with blood and immune based malignancies such as leukemia, myeloma, and
lymphoma do best on high-animal protein or high-fat diet.
