1. Warrior Training Can You be One?
The Question
The warrior training covers so many vastness of our universe. But the same
question comes to the shore of the weak. How do we understand and combat
fear. Because I teach combative arts here at Dakota Dragon Defense I am
constantly ask how one cannot be afraid of dying or losing something I care
about. Well in the practice of the peaceful warrior we are striving for unity with
oneself and the universe. In the living action of this world we shall be faced with
moments. In each moment there is a understanding of self that we must believe
in.
The Teaching
As a teacher of change I have studied and continuous studying and practice the
ancient art of being. The first step in the mental training is to become the master
of external things. He who is addicted to outside pleasures, however learned or
ignorant he may be, however high or low his social position may be a servant to
2. mere things. One cannot adapt the external world to his own end, but one adapts
himself to it.
When you think about it, all of the fearful responses you have in life probably
correspond to one or more of these three universal fears. You may fear being
alone, being rejected, or not being good enough; you may have a difficult time
trusting other people, the universe, or your own strengths and abilities. The good
news is that fearful thought patterns like these are simply habits that we are
taught as children or develop on our own in adulthood. And like all habits, they
can be changed with just a little bit of determined effort.
Though on a Soul level, fear does not exist, the Soul nevertheless understands
fear. It is the human reaction to the illusion we surround ourselves with, based
upon not knowing what will happen to us next, and upon the belief that we are
victims to the reality in which we live.
In our daily training of meditation and sensory training we develop an elusive
mind, and physical strength training we make our body’s stronger and
impermeable like steal. In this science of the connection we bring our soul to
different levels of existence.
We know through our science that if we were able to achieve full knowledge of
who we are, as Soul, fear would cease to exist. If fear ceases to exist, the events
3. that thrive upon fear will cease to exist, as well. In other words, if we, as a human
society, can eliminate fear from our reality, we can change our world.
I will not teach false bravery of boosting of oneself to appear large in the face of a
moment. This is a false wall that will only create a larger danger for you and loved
ones.
The warrior training touches in your heart the spiritual aspect of valor. In valor
there is the void of fear. In training of the warrior way there is a development of
composure, and calm presence of mind. I teach the tranquility is courage in
repose. It is a tactical manifestation of our training as the peaceful warrior. A
truly brave man is ever serene he is never taken by surprise; and nothing ruffles
the equanimity of his spirit. In the heat of battle he remains cool and in the midst
of catastrophes the spirit and the soul and mind connection keeps level and
balance.
To be the ruler of things we have first to shut up all our senses, and turn the
currents of thoughts inward, and see ourselves as the centre of the world, and
meditate that we are the beings of highest intelligence; the universe never puts
us at the mercy of natural forces; that the earth is in our possession; that
everything on earth is to be made use of for our noble ends; that fire, water, air,
grass, trees, rivers, hills, thunder, cloud, stars, the moon, the sun, are at our
command; that we are the law-givers of the natural phenomena; that we are the
makers of the phenomenal world; that it is we that appoint a mission through life
and determine the fate of man.

We are subconsciously creating every moment. If we consciously choose to create
our moments in union with Soul, we begin to consciously create our experiences.
If we consciously accept that there is nothing to fear, we begin to create a world
where fear does not exist. We are Masters of our own reality. We choose what
we do and do not believe. Our beliefs shape our world reality.
4. Many of us shy away from risk because we fear negative consequences. For
example, you may hesitate to invest your money because you fear losing it, or
avoid starting a new relationship because you were so hurt by the last one. What
most of us fail to realize is that risk can also bring great rewards. Avoiding risk
may help us avoid negative possibilities but we also miss the excitement and joy
that come from positive outcomes.
The Lesson
I have been teaching for three decades and there are peaceful warrior training
tools that I would like to share with you. This is the just one small exercise that
the body and the mind connection can train in.
The tension exercises are designed to help you individualize your joints and
muscles, so they work independently from each other. I know that when I say to
tighten up your right toe, your whole leg will most likely tighten. If you practice
regularly, learning to concentrate on only the part of the body I am talking about,
you will find that you will be able to tighten up only your foot instead of your
whole leg; or only your hand instead of your whole arm and chest. You will find
that these exercises will really improve your speed with regular practice. This is
because the tendons and muscles in your arm or leg won't be slowing you down
while throwing a punch or kick, as they do when they're in a constricted state.
Remember that a relaxed body is much faster than a tight one. During the tension
exercise, you should be breathing rhythmically the same amount in as you are
out. In this and many others you will defeat fear and understand each moment
that you are in.
Conclusion
There is none!!. So to answer your question that you may have after
reading this and to see if you can or will incorporate into your daily lives to
enhance your living, I must say find a teacher
That will guide you, and direct you, and teach you, not protect you from your
dismay. You will have some troubles but your troubles are a blessing to the truth
you are seeking within yourself or company.
