deliver a cost effective tablet to its consumers. The new JUMP HD will be cost
effective to make and massively produce. JUMP HD has a great profit margin at 66%
as compared to Apple iPad4 with a 56% profit margin, Nexus 7 with a 58% profit
margin and Amazon Kindle Fire with a 54% profit margin.
JUMP HD will retail for $199.00+tax. Singapore Electronics, Ltd. decided to not to
compete with Apple iPad4 in its price point. Singapore Electronics, Ltd. believes that
with a lower retail price of $199.00 it will maintain a great profit margin without the
needed competition of the number one selling tablet in the market, Apple iPad4.

6. Test Market
Singapore Electronics, Ltd. will allocate $30,000 for market research. Singapore will
test JUMP HD in three major locations: Miami, New York and Dallas. In each
locations 20 tablets will be tested for sales, time of sales, and retention of units. If in
these three locations the tablets are successfully sold without little or no problem
JUMP HD, will move to a bigger market, Amazon. Singapore Electronics, Ltd, has
partnered with Amazon, BestBuy and Walmart. After successful sales Singapore will
complete a contractual agreement with three major distributors.
