3. View Personal Information – Employee Login
• A module available to general users to view personal information defined by the Admin.
• Changes sought to be communicated to HR administrator
• All information is subject to company defined security policy, only authorized persons can make
changes to the information. Authorized User can have the following privileges:
•Add
•View
•Edit
•Search Employee
Add Details under the following tabs:
Education – Add /View Education details of an employee
Children – Add/View Children details of an employee
License - Enter the licenses an employee can have.
Salary – Information about the employee’s salary is entered here.
Direct Debit - If salaries of employees are to be transferred or deposited into accounts, those details can be
specified.
Work Experience - Previous work experiences of an employee can be entered.
Approvers – Approvers can be added for Expense, Leave and Timesheet.
Login Info - Create a username and password for the User.

7. Employee Report
• To view the employee
report select Employee
tab
• Select employee name,
project and customer
and click Generate
Report to download the
report
• Select Preview or Reset.
• Report is displayed
• Based on the level one
view the page

8. Broadcast Report
• Report to Broadcast
• To view the Broadcast report select Broadcast
• Broadcast Report Form is displayed
• Select From Date, To Date and click Generate Report to download report

9. Birthday Report
• To view the Birthday report select Birthday tab
• Enter the Birthday Report Form by selecting Employee Name and clicking Generate
Report
• Report is displayed

10. Customer/Project Report
• To generate the Customer/Project report select Customer/Project tab
• Select From Date, To Date, Customer Name and click Generate Report to download the
report

• To view the Leave
report select Leave

• Select From Date, To

click Generate Report
