Redondo Beach real estate investment for January produced mix results with total sales, median days to sell, and sales-listing ratio
data points trending unfavorably compared to single digits improvements in the market median sales price and net listings.
Nevertheless, year-over-year analysis confirmed noticeable improvement with increases in total sales (14.9%), market median
sales price ($68.25K), and median days to sell (down 4%).
In the news… According to C.A.R., “January’s statewide median home price was $468,330, down 4.3 percent from December
and up 9.2 percent from January 2015.”
