Outlook for November 
Real estate activity for the Torrance market during the month of October proved reassuring as improvements were recorded for total sales, market median sales price, median days to sell, sales/listing ratio, and months of inventory. Similar conclusions were revealed when data was analyzed from a year-over-year perspective with total sales, median days to sell, and months of inventory increasing by single and double digit figures. 
“What is my opinion of potential real estate activity for November?” you ask. The simple answer is more of the same. I say this because mortgage money remains inexpensive and readily available to demanding buyers who continue to exhibit a strong interest in securing residential property and, as expected, there appears to be an abundance of sellers willing to accommodate. Put another way, the forces of supply and demand are moving in a positive direction with no short-term foreseeable obstacle to obstruct this trending behavior.

Outlook for November Real estate activity for the Torrance market during the month of October proved reassuring as improvements were recorded for total sales, market median sales price, median days to sell, sales/listing ratio, and months of inventory. Similar conclusions were revealed when data was analyzed from a year-over-year perspective with total sales, median days to sell, and months of inventory increasing by single and double digit figures. “What is my opinion of potential real estate activity for November?” you ask. The simple answer is more of the same. I say this because mortgage money remains inexpensive and readily available to demanding buyers who continue to exhibit a strong interest in securing residential property and, as expected, there appears to be an abundance of sellers willing to accommodate. Put another way, the forces of supply and demand are moving in a positive direction with no short-term foreseeable obstacle to obstruct this trending behavior.
