Todd Lefelt, User Experience Lead, talks about usability testing and where it fits into the interaction design process at HUGE. HUGE, an award-winning independent interactive agency, sponsored “Methodology Madness”, an event focused on usability testing, coordinated by the Los Angeles chapter of the Interaction Design Association. This is the second IxDA event HUGE has hosted, with attendance nearly doubling this time. Led by four interaction designers and usability practitioners, the event concentrated on the benefit of usability testing for designers.
