This short presentation shows the how to register and get started with the Hailo Driver app. Note: Hailo is for licensed black cab drivers only.

Get started with Hailo

3. Step 1
Complete the web mini-
form on the driver website
Open the confirmation
email from your iPhone or
Android handset
Address: http://www.hailocab.com/drivers/
Tap the "download" link in the email (making sure mobile data or WiFi
connection is on).
Tip: Have your bill with you. You'll need it to complete sign up.

4. Step 2
Open the app on your handset
Tap “New User”
Enter your mobile number and then
tap ‘Next Step’
Note: the mobile number must
match what you entered on the web
form

5. Step 3
We’ll text you (via SMS) a 3 digit
verification code
Enter it and then double-check your
details

6. Step 4
To complete signup, take a photo of
your Bill
Note: Final approvals take
approximately 24 hours
You will then receive a confirmation
email welcoming you to the Hailo
Driver Network

7. Step 5
Enter your Badge Number and
Registration Plate and tap the ‘Go
on Shift’ button.
Important: Please be sure to
change your reg plate details if you
change cabs.
This information is displayed to Hailo
customers to help them identify your
cab at pickup.
