Crossing on a yearly basis and the report will be submitted to the SLDC and LDC centre.

Monitoring Transformers, Circuit Breakers, CT and PT’s temperature and pressure values
for every two hours, to maintain the power quality. To identify the problems inside the Sub-station
and monitoring 110kV SS, that was fed by us.

basis.
4. Maintenance Feb 2014– Jun2014

Description:
Maintaining the power quality by using powerequipments such as Auto Transformer,
PowerTransformer, Circuit breaker, Current Transformer, PotentialTransformer, Bus Bars and
Lightening Arrestors. Here we are converting EHTvoltage into HT, LT voltage. Each transformer
was serviced every month by taking Line Clearance (LC).

 Commissioning, installing and testing of distribution transformers, stringing and protection
tasks.
 Extra High Tension power quality, power controlling power Monitoring and dispatching
into HT and LT
 Stores material quality checking
 Coordinate with distributors and Delegate duties to workers

ProjectsandAchievements
 EHTTransmission line designing for 230/110kV all over Salem region using AUTOCADD
Electricalswhich covers4 - 230kV sub-stations, 13 - 110kV substations, which was
estimated for 2 months and was completed within 2 weeks
 New EHTTransmission line survey, design, and estimation from K.R.Thoppur (400kVSS) to
Thumbal (110kVSS) foran alternate supply, which incorporate 352 - 110kV transmission
line that covers92 km, whichwas completed within 1 month.
 32 - 110kV towers were remodeled , designed and commissioned from Rasipuram 110kV SS
to Mallur 110kV SS and SC Transmission line was remodeled to DC Transmission line
 4 number of EHTtransmission Lines were altered in Singapuram 230kV SS, because of the
extension of 230kV SS and converted SC line into DC line.
