Multiplan WF is web Based application, This application gives a detailed report of addition
provider(doctor), Termination of provider and also how many HBP provider added, termed and reinstated.
It is also used to manage, User’s output, Clarification Process, Generation of user output files, user quality
report, User incentive Plan, User points, Etc. The application is developed in Java using Eclipse JSP, and
Struts2. JavaScript is used for Client side validation to make it more powerful and we have used SQL server
as the back end.
