2. Summary of work Experience
• Advanced experience as supervisor of construction, fabrication & installations on shore
facilities piping net work, steel structure & Equipment installation of oil & gas plant
facilities, petrochemical and industrial projects & Electrical power stations for various
companies in Saudi Arabia, UAE , Equatorial Guinea Russia and Egypt.
• Planning, Scheduling, Co-ordinating, Supervising and Executing all Oil and Gas Operation’s
plant shutdown works (T&Is), including unscheduled shutdowns of process plants.
• Review and implement all the engineering drawings and attend FAT (Factory Acceptance
Test) for various new units equipments.
• Supervises / Directs, both Company and contractor employees of different crafts to complete
all the shutdowns safely, economically and within set time frame and cost at several
locations simultaneously.
• Monitoring project schedule, work plan , Qualified man power, all material required, manage
production facilities of all piping, structural & mechanical work in fabrication work shop &
site work facilities, controlling and evaluating sub contractor activities & performance
• Solving the field technical problems during installation stage.
• Monitoring & supervision of project safety precaution and HSE requirements.
• Contribute with the other construction engineers and project team to review the approval
packages, which should cover all required tasks in the intended work, achieving smooth and
safe implantation during the construction stage.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
1. Supervising fabrication process of piping and supports in fabrication shop.
2. Supervising erection schedules of piping net work and pipe supports at process areas.
3. Supervising all Mechanical (including Rotary and Static equipment & materials), PM, IPM,
Predictive and Corrective Maintenance and shutdown activities.
4. Directs the work of Contractors & Company employees to carry out the required
Mechanical / shutdown jobs as per the approved work order lists with the best
workmanship within the target completion period and budget.
5. Quantity progress reports to engineering at the end of each week.
6. Review all drawings associated with other systems to make sure all braches are installed
correctly.
7. Coordinate with Engineering to discuss priority system to complete based on materials
availability.

9. Walk down with Engineering for punch list work.
10. Daily walk down all area to ensure that safety enough to work and correct any unsafe in the
field.
11. Supervising all piping works outside battery limit. Install 30”, 36”cryogenic line and other
Stainless steel and utility lines.
12. Supervising and manage all construction works of subcontractors.
13. Monitoring the Installation work of production facilities with the piping net work.
14. Modified and solving the piping problems.
15. Monitoring Walk Downs, Hydro/Pneumatic testing and reinstatement.
16. Completion of all piping systems and handover to Commissioning.
17. Supervising all the piping and mechanical process including testing , cleaning , blowing and
operations of (4) loading arms accompanied with 36” supply line , 30” vapor return line
and 14” vacuum jacked line for the liquid circulation over a 2800 meter from jetty in the
shore line to the loading platform , and a fiberglass fire fighting system equipped with 2
submerged pumps.
