  1. Supported through short videos, audio, images and text  (all of which are organized into small chunks of information)
  2. For example, often content (supported by text) mirrors what the videos highlight (and vice-versa); a definitive time-saver for varied learners
  3. Learners have the ability to pick & choose the Paths & Benchmarks that apply to their individual learning needs. Whether Learners need specific reminders about their Hatch Technology product(s), or if they are looking to complete a Learning Course from beginning to end, the Learning Management System recognizes the importance of non-linear learning needs and the content is organized so that Learners can find exactly what they need, anytime they need it!
  4. Learners have the option to log-out Learning Courses as needed & when they return to the LMS, Learning Check-Ins previously taken are tracked and accounted for
  5. Learners have the ability to immediately assess retained knowledge (i.e. each Benchmark culminates with a short quiz )
  6. Learners who successfully answer all Learning Check-In questions within 2 chances are able to print a certificate of successful completion. Oftentimes, certificate as such can be used towards professional development hours
  7. The LMS is available through Chrome, Firefox or Internet Explorer
  8. The LMS includes a How-To-Use the Learning Management System Course, which provides information and tips for the learners
