While working in the United States Marine Corps,I was a Gunnery Sergeantresponsible for the training,welfare,
safety, and managementofover 187 personnel thatencompassed 5 offices in a logistics battalion.During mytenure,
I was rated in the top 10% of all Staff Non-Commissioned Officers per annual performance reviews,which setthe
example for my Marines to emulate. The principal advisor and assistantto the Area Manager for providing property
disposal support,by which providing advice or supportin process improvements,bestbusiness practices,enterprise
managementand qualitycontrols of the area of operation.
The skills Ihave acquired and valuable experience I have learned while in the United States Marine Corps will help
me smoothlytransition over to your organization,mainlybecause ofmy discipline and abilityto learn any task quickly.
