undergraduate years for students wishing to enter careers in the science,technology and medicine fields.

Oversaw the program expanding to 1 student enrolled in

(making Medicine & Society one of the most successful
minors on campus without an associated major)
Helped develop recruitment and progression pathways for
premedical students linking area high schools with schools
and institutions in the Texas Medical Center
Recruit to and manage or assist in managing three BS/MD
programs with Baylor College of Medicine, UT-Medical
Branch Galveston, and UT-Health Science Center at
Houston
Since 2013 directly manages the Houston Premedical
Academy linking The Michael. E. DeBakey High School
for the Health Professions, UH, and Baylor College of
Medicine
Every semester since Fall 2010 has organized weekly
visiting speakers from the health world to meet and network

application processes to improve the candidacy of UH
