According to tank’s Side existing Flanges, CC distances , Instrument comes with matching flanges with
external cage and Float as well as RED and White indicator. External cage is to be SS316 with 2.1/2”
Pipe dia. Float is to be Mfr. According to application and indicator as per the above specs. Drain Valve,
½” isolated Valve provided . Can be coming into PP material for acidotic nature applications like HCL
Working Procedure:
After fitting of the instrument to tank, media, may go thru bottom nozzle of the tank and moves into
external cage of the indicator. Along with media, float may increases & decreases. While float moving
inside the external cage, external Rollers are move accordingly and shows indication of tank level as
RED colour and empty shows as white colour.
Features:
Might to be useful for Level Controlling ( HIGH, LOW OR HIGH, MEDIUM, LOW ) with external
adjustable switches as per the operator requirements as well as could utilize as a basic instrument
for if you know volume information in near future and to be integral to your SCADA system.
Safety feature:
In this Instrument, any kind of electrical contact is not touch the media and media could not come
out thru break-down of the instrument. Easily reparable if failure on indicator as well as easy
cleanable external cage whenever require.
