News and Market Highlights
Southern ITS has partnership agreements EMap, Inc. that developed the proprietary GPS technology which SITS will
use for the ankle bracelets. The advanced technologies of these solutions that SITS has to offer will put the Company in a prime
position in the correctional facilities market to bring in additional sources of revenue.
At end of 2012, about 6.94 million people were supervised by the U.S. adult correctional systems. (1 in 35 U.S. adults)
About 3.94 million offenders were supervised on probation and another 851,200 on parole. Also, about 4.1 million adults moved
onto or off probation. (McCarthy, K. "Bureau of Justice Statistics (BJS)." Bureau of Justice Statistics (BJS). N.p., 13 Dec. 2013)
SITS other target industry is gaming due to the market advantage that SITS has with security/surveillance technology
and minimal competition in that field. In Q1 2013, SITS exceeded anticipated revenues at $1.3 million. The Company anticipates
revenues of $3 million in 2014.
Security integrations save companies millions of dollars, reducing man-hours, increasing response time and asset protec-
tion. Loss prevention is a serious value to businesses with a $67 million daily theft loss. (2011 National Retail Security Survey)
SITS state-of-the –art security technologies will help reduce company loss with integrated surveillance.
Because SITS integrative solutions and services are both time and cost efficient, upgrades in software and hardware
occur with advanced technology thereby eliminating out-of-date, and increasingly unreliable security equipment.
