- Overall Bleaching Dept. Activities Responsibilities in terms of Production, Quality, Costing & Maintenance.
- Osthoff Singeing m/c with Pad – Batch & Pad Steam Desizing.
- Pretreatment Range of Beninger with Extracta as well as Tricoflax Washers with Injecta Washer & Impecta dosing system.
- Chain as well as Chainless Mercerize Range from Benninger.
- Singe, Desize, Bleach & Mercerise the Grey as well as Yarn Dyed Fabrics.
- To achieve Production Target with maintain Quality Standard.
- For Effective utilization of pretreatment machines and other resources.
- Always in touch with PPC dept for Issue Planning & according to that co-ordinate with Grey dept. For Issue of Grey Fabrics.
- As a team member we work together with Dyeing Dept as well as Finishing Dept. For best output.
- Co-ordinate with Testing Labaratory,chemical and machine manufacturers.
- Implement cost control measures and reduce rejection level.
