Dear Mrs. Roxanne Grinage, it was good talking to you on the phone the other day. I do hope that we
can meet in person when I get to Philly God willing. So much has happened to my Son and I, and what
keeps me fighting for Avery Timothy Pingue my beloved Son is the love and bond that we both have. No
one in this World can take that away from us. My sister is working on making a video with music of my
Son and Daughter, Avery is 6 and Amanda is 12, and I love them dearly.

In May 2005 I was so upset that I knew I did all that DHS had commanded me to do and yet my Son was
not returned to me. Due to my Son being taken away, my Daughter was taken away as well. Like I was
saying I had no choice but to start that protest "DHS give us back our children." A couple of months after
I went alone to the DHS headquarters to conduct my protest, I ran into a young lady name Denise Smith,
she asked me "What are you doing out here"?

I told her that I was protesting due to my Son not being returned to me like I was promised by DHS. She
said that she wanted to do the same about a year ago, I asked her why she didn't protest back then, she
said that People told her not to do that, and discouraged her to Protest. She said that she would come
join me. That next Thursday, being my day off I chose that day to hold my weekly protests. I met the
Women of Crossroads soon after that and they joined my efforts of protesting and supporting other
parents in my situation. I decided to back away from that group due to much control I felt I was under,
they do good work and I wish them well.

Because of my protests and media coverage of Denise Smith and myself we formed the group called
Justice for families. We would protest on Thursdays 3-5pm in all kinds of weather. Denise was pregnant

at the time and still came out week after week. Court case after Court case still my Son was not returned
and I felt that due to my activism, the Dept of DHS retaliating against Denise Smith and myself.

I was asked to join the Commissioner’s Advisory board, so I did and became a voice for deserving
parents. I once spoke against Mr. Kevin Dougherty in the monthly meeting, we both served in the
Commissioner’s Advisory board. Mr. Kevin Dougherty was going to take my case, he even offered me
$2500.00 to pay for a bonding evaluation. I felt that it was a set up so I did not take his money or his
offer. He denied the motions filed by my attorney and myself. He said that we had a friendship, I denied
that, I did not believe that we ever had a friendship.

I was told by my Attorney Mr. Brian Mildenberg that the case was over and that I had lost my rights, so I
came to California where I have been living with family since Feb of 2010.
Recently I was told by a friend that my son's Father had passed away, I was in shock, because he was
only 33 years old. I feel that it is time for me to go back to Philadelphia where I can still fight the system
and for the love of my Son Avery Timothy and my Daughter Amanda Marie Molloy.

I need to at least see my Children, it is my God given right to do so.

that Mike choked her and banged her head on the floor on the forensic interview that was done which we

have on a DVD which is consistent to her brother's forensic interview and our reports to Sharon
Chambers and Trooper Jimmy Lindsburg. We also have the jury transcript that the charges on Shannon
came from and the prosecutor Gernat who also has resigned from her job, questioned Shannon in a way
to try to confuse her and was nice to the perpetrator in her questioning and Jimmy Lindsburg stating
Roger was inconsistent by saying 1 day and that it was in the social workers reports, leaving Sharon
Chambers name out. Trooper Lindsburg also taped both interviews on his recorder. Also
prosecutor Gernat stated in court that Roger and Leona are suspects despite charges on Michael Ponte
and in jail at that time. I feel we have exhausted the matter as we have tried reaching out to legislation,
Ombudsman, human rights, NAACP, victim rights, ICWA, NARF, ACLU and numerous attorney's and
possible people that could help and even to Washington D.C. I find that other victims are help in support
and finding help in sharing our information in studying the situation. I've learned of young mothers
damaged by the OCS ordeals and are not the same and some struggling to keep sanity as far back as
2000 and I'm concerned for my daughter's sanity as well. I have lot to say in the matter,
responsibilities with my autistic daughters and her two sisters are important. I have been single for 8
month as the mother has left due to the drama and is not the same person.

Lori Houston, I am more concerned about a qualified answer based in medical and authentic
psychological reports. Your conducts thus far demonstrate a co-conspirator relationship of other OCS
social workers and psyche evaluators which are reported to President Barack Obama and Eric Holder as
criminally indictable in accordance with Racketeering Influenced Corruption poisoned jurisdictions (RICO)
and Title 18 Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law.

I can try to explain it to you the best I can. When children under 3 experience trauma, they don’t
have the capacity to understand that parents are safe now, for example, when they see them at visitation.
Every cell in their body remembers the trauma and they get scared in the same way as when they were
victims of the trauma. Trauma can be many things for kids outside of just being victims of abuse, as well.
Its anything that is scary or upsetting for them. Adults may not see it as traumatic because we
understand more.

So when Kelasia sees you, it is reminding her of things that frightened her and she had no control
over. Following visits, she becomes very aggressive towards the dogs, she is mean and bossy, and often
she has nightmares. These are all signs of a traumatized child. When visits are put on hold, she calms
down and sleeps well and follows directions and is nice. She is also different in what she plays in my
office. When I even mention visits with mom or grandpa, she becomes agitated and anxious. Her play
becomes much more aggressive and wild. It is very different.

Your comments are without case study or professional psychiatric reports, studies, devoid of any facts or
statistics which justify your correlation of Kelasia's anxiety to seeing me. You are hereby demanded to
produce an expert report which cites case studies and not hearsay and which rules out that it is not in fact
the separation trauma injury you and your co-worker's Jami Anderson's expediting dropping of the
criminal charges against the perpetrator of Kelasia's trauma, Michael Ponte; and your co-conspirator Tom
Raymond Edward's desire to terminate my parental rights without discovery or due process imposing

I believe that the visits are going well when she is there. It is nice for kids to see their parents in a
safe environment. They also become very confused because their bodies remember when things were
scary. They have a very difficult time making sense of it all. Kelasia just simply falls apart when she gets
back to her foster home. We do not want her committing acts of aggression that will perhaps make her
lose her placement, or, even worse, make her gain an identity as a mean, aggressive child. The dogs will
be scared of her, she will always be in trouble, she will have difficulty making friends, she will feel bad
about herself, and much more.

Wow. I thought your Children's Protective Services role was supposed to determine what is in the best
interest of Kelasia - not the foster placement's dogs. Again, you need to provide evidence that it is not the
dogs of the foster placement that are terrorizing Kelasia which could explain your observation "she falls
apart when returning to the foster placement home." Think about it. Wouldn't you fall apart too if
someone took you away from your loving protective home, held you against your will then forcibly
medicated you when you expressed a desire to go home to your family? You should provide a defense

Right now, her brain is developing at an alarming rate. It is a very important time in her little short life.

You destroyed Kelasia's ability to know who she is when you falsified case reports to kidnap her for Profit.
When OCS appointed guardian ad litem social work Jami Anderson caused preventable second brain
injury to Kelasia because she rushed to close the criminal case against the perpetrator of aggravated
assault likely because Michael Ponte grew up friends with our former Governor Palin who appointed
Judge Gregory Heath who presides on my CINA case permitting you Lori Houston Tom Raymond
Edwards and Malinda Glass PhD to exacerbate trauma injuries suffered by Kelasia, theft of heritage,

health, education and career contribution all because you want to cover up RICO and Title 18 crimes you
chose to participate in as a billing OCS contractor.

One of the things that I maybe would like to try is me going to visitation with Kelasia. You and I could try
to explain some things to her about how things are different now when she is visiting. Would you be
willing to do that? Why don’t you let me know some things you could tell her some things you are sorry
for and will not let happen when she is with you now visiting her. I think we should keep it to in the
visitation room, because I’m not sure of your situation and I don’t want you promising something you may
be not in a position to keep the promise. What do you think of that? I could do her session from the
week in the visitation room. We cannot do the visit with grandfather right now.

Your blatant unfounded psychological assaults upon my family are going to be reconciled in a federal
lawsuit and hopefully by Presidential and United States Department of Justice Intervention and Audits. I
say again, submit some kind of professional report based in expert studies which disprove you are simply
not trying to separate Kelasia from anyone familiar to her in her family as a means to assist Tom
Raymond Edwards intention to terminate my parental rights by Fraud Upon the Court, False Statements.

Its important to reintroduce just one thing at a time so we can see what she is reacting to. Thank you for

My daughter, Kelasia is reacting to missing her family who has a greater vested interest in Kelasia and
Davida and Ivan than you or any OCS social worker does, seemingly incapable of understanding that
ripping a child away for no good reason and blocking them their protectors and caregivers, exposing them

Davida are quite reasonable reacting to.

All the evidence I have of your conducts shows that OCS connected employees and contractors have

Ivan. I will not sign or enter into any contracts or agreements with criminals. Instead I am going to ask
my legal administrative assistant, Roxanne Grinage to compose a letter from Roger Silook and Shannon
Silook outlining your fraud upon the court, showing Judge Heath, a future Federal Judge, President
Barack Obama and United States Department of Justice Mr. Eric Holder our evidence that OCS has no
grounds to have Kelasia or Davida, demanding that our kidnapped for profit injured loved ones be
returned immediately pending Notice of Claim $10 Million Damages; that you are likely drugging my child
against my consent and your records especially should be audited by U.S. Government Accountability
office as your "do the best I can" based in absolutely no qualified findings "explanation" in complicit
