Provide key understanding of email campaigns (rich text,
plain text and HTML formats), including different types of

paigns by providing keys to wording, design, word choices,

paigns (Microsoft Office Packages)
Provide practical skills in creating HTML email marketing
campaigns using Microsoft Outlook, Word & Publisher.

Mass Mailing
Provide key skills in sending email campaigns to a large
number of recipients by using PHPList software, dedicated
email servers, and E-Mail Merge integrated with Ms. Out-
look and Word/Publisher.
Session 8 3:30pm – 5:00pm
Exercises & Practices
Provide trainees an opportunity to practice creating an email
marketing campaign (campaign type and topic assigned by
the trainer) and sending as a test, using E-mail Merge inte-
grated with Ms. Outlook and Publisher.
