What is a fool really? Definition One who is deficient in judgment, sense, or understanding. Fools
Polite, lively and driven work ethic  Social  relationships Work environment Traits
Pro’s Comfortable, social, open-minded, can adapt Con’s Work Comfortably, lost Pro’s & Con’s
Mental image of handling a jerk > Jerks are adaptable Fools are not foolish Find different ways Both parties
