The MAP (Museum Apprentice Program) is a year-long volunteering program for 13-18 year olds that allows them to explore careers and museums. Students develop research skills by investigating museum resources and contribute content to Wikipedia to share museum treasures with a worldwide audience. Through a process of activities, sharing, and teamwork, students develop new skills while helping the museum share iconic objects online for people unable to visit in person.
