Development
The project consists
of developing a new
park in the Lakeland
Florida area.
The scope of work
included a 1.5 mile
entry road, ranger
station, picnic pavilions,
a fishing pier and
A large, multi-use
pavilion.
The buildings are
designed to have a
suggestion of
Florida cracker
vernacular without
being a strict
replication. Material
choices and scale
were carefully controlled
in order to maintain the
imagery.
