for direct liquid processes with unique
combination of mechanical performance and
fire resistance properties.
Araldite®
FST 40002 / 40003 takes RTM, infusion and
pultrusion into a new dimension enabling efficient production
of interior carbon and glass composites parts with maximized
weight savings.
Applications in aerospace
Structural FST composite parts:

> Small / medium with fast and high temperature process
> Large with low temperature injection
> High thickness thanks to very low exotherm

> Meets flame, smoke and toxicity requirements (FST)
according to FAR 25.853 / ABD 0031

RTM, infusion and pultrusion (injection box)

Viscosity versus injection temperature Viscosity build-up versus temperature Araldite® FST 40002 / 40003 is a radically novel thermoset, aiming at providing innovative solutions for designing interior composite parts. Araldite® FST 40002 / 40003 is designed for direct liquid processes with unique combination of mechanical performance and fire resistance properties. Araldite® FST 40002 / 40003 takes RTM, infusion and pultrusion into a new dimension enabling efficient production of interior carbon and glass composites parts with maximized weight savings.
