COMPANY PROFILES WHERE WORKING NOW:
SADARA plant is joint venture with the DOW chemicals which include 26 complex have 14 new
in kingdom one of that is TDI plants (Toulen di-isocyanate) have 3 plants starting from
DNT (Di nitric toulen ) /TDA (Toulen di-amine isocyanate) and finally TDI (Toulen di-
isocyanate).
WORK EXPERIENCE
(1)- In Sadara:
Handling over procedure of each system in all plants in TDI. Ensures implementation and
ongoing effectiveness of work processes, Operating Discipline, management systems,
enabling technologies and roles
Perpetration the training requirement to certify all outside/console operators in all phases
I, II&III, also licensers certification of all Engineers in each plants.
Following up with engineering team on the construction of the plant.
Facilitate with DOW expert completion of the operating Manuel, commissioning & per-
commissioning procedure.
Coaches plant personnel and personally participate to meet Business and plant goals (on
safety, environmental, industrial hygiene, quality, production, cost etc….)
Acts a back-up to the Superintendent when required.
Serves as site steward of the change management process of the areas of responsibility
Accountable for development and implementation of Operations strategy, budget and
operating plan
Responsible for Operations work process implementation in alignment with ODMS
expectations.
Responsible for development and delivery of area specific operations goals and
objectives including EHS, financial, quality and product supply

Responsible for safe, reliable and efficient operation of Ammonia plant.

Reporting and appraising Management on plant related issues and decision making.
Responsible for budgeting and monitoring production yield & consumptions.
Turnaround planning, developing & Adherence to “Permit to Work” Procedures & safe
turnaround execution, pre-commissioning, commission and start-up.
Review and Managing plant modifications, upgrades, modernization and revamp
projects.
Ensuring development and updating of Standard Operating Procedures for various
production activities.
Responsible auditee for handling ISO external audits.
SPECIAL PREVIOUS ASSIGNMENTS & ACHIVEMENTS in Sabic:
1. AlBayroni ABEOP (AlBayroni energy optimization project) member for both
(Ammonia plant & Utility plant boilers modifications ), for the basic
engineering study: review-commented-approved the design details of all
new/modify equipment’s (heat exchanger, reformer, column,
turbines/pumps, motors &instruments), evaluation of the energy saving of
both contractors Ms.Toyo & Ms.Casale , PHA study of basic engineering .TOYO
Korea from 4th
to 15 April 2011 & CASALE Swiss from 18 to 22 April 2011 &
evaluation to select one of the energy optimization proposals.
2. AlBayroni ABEOP detail engineering (start from Oct 2011 TO 20-July 2012) in
Korea: review-commented-approved the design details of all new/modify
equipment’s datasheet (heat exchanger, reformer, column, turbines/pumps,
motors &instruments), marital balance, P&ID, PFD, cause &effect, logic
diagram, HZOP &SIL study.
3. Responsible to prepare-review the pre-commissioning/commissioning
procedure of details equipments ,production to production schedule, site
verification of new Tie-in/demolished piping/instrumentation ,blind list,
interfacing between project and TA, operating manual and SOP preparation,
DCS &logic diagram,training operation staff.
4. Participated in AlBayroni Engineering & PHA (from 22 Feb to 3rd
March 2010)
study's for auxiliary boiler replacement, Burner Management System (BMS)
and Primary Reformer Cold Convection Section Replacement with M/S KBR at
Houston.

5. Undergone PHA Team Leader/HAZOP Training during 10-14 October 2009 and certified
as Team Leader. Presently sub administrator for PHA procedure (SHEM-02) and Team
Leader for Ammonia plant PHA Team.
6. Responsible for Ammonia plant EMS & Health procedure and auditee for internal and
external audits.
7. Successful management, pre-commissioning, commissioning and safe & smooth start-up
of planned T/A during June 2008 & November 2010.
RESPONSIBILITIES IN MY PREVIOUS ASSIGNMENT in Sabic:
1. Team member in Reliability programs RBI (Reliability based inspection) & RCM
(Reliability centered maintenance).
2. Power user of PMP (production management program) Meridiume in ammonia plant.
3. Monitoring the operating parameters and suggest necessary changes in operation for
economical performance of plant.
4. Gas consumption accounting and other process calculations to measure plant
performance.
5. Preparing Production, consumption budgets.
6. Updating checklists and operating procedures as per SABIC Safety , Health and
Environment Management standards (SHEMS)
7. Preparing procedures for isolation, purging, steam blowing and hand over of equipments
for maintenance.
8. Training operators and plant supervisors using Power point presentations.
9. Carry out PHA, PHA Revalidation & Critical assessment (SHE critical equipment list)
studies as Team leader for Ammonia PHA team.
