                                                         Simply put, CEOs and their executives set the
                                                         cultural tone for an organization. Through
                                                         participation, they implicitly promote the use
                                                         of social technologies. That will make their
                                                         organizations more competitive and better
                                                         able to adapt to sudden market changes.
