Dear Teachers:. 
First of all we would like to thank for accepting our invitation to participate in “The Seventh English Drama Contest”. For our Institution it´s a pleausure to have you in here. 
In order to have a succesful activity, we ask you to consider the following recommendations. 
The event will take place on October 2nd, 2014 at the “Teatro Suárez Rendón” at the Bolivar Square in Tunja. 
The event starts at 7:15 am, in order to guarantee a succesful program, please be on time. 
Each school is allowed to bring 10 students to the event, this number does not include the actors themselves. Please let us know which students are going to be at the event as soon as possible. 
The groups have to be accompanied by at least one teacher. 
At 7:30 the plays are going to start, we ask you to remain on your seat during this time. The winners will be announced at 1:00 p.m. 
The students will be split up in four different groups: 
 Mini Junior (Pre-escolar- 3- Primaria) 
 Junior (4- 5 Primaria) 
 Mini Senior (6 –7-8) 
 Senior (9-10-11) 
The order of the presentations will be given after the opening ceremony.

Two students of each group (one male and one female) will be elected as best actor and actress. 
After one group is finished with its play, it will have a break. Afterwards it will be guided to its seats. Please don´t forget the props you brought and take them back with you. 
The Institución Educativa Julius Sieber won´t assume liability for stolen props and things that were brought to the theater. 
On the stage, a beamer will be available. 
During the play the students (actors and actresses) are not allowed to use a microphone. 
Each school is responsible of the discipline and organization of its students. It is also recommended to keep up each student´s behaviour.

First of all we would like to thank for accepting our invitation to participate in “The Seventh English Drama Contest”. For our Institution it´s a pleausure to have you in here. In order to have a succesful activity, we ask you to consider the following recommendations. The event will take place on October 2nd, 2014 at the “Teatro Suárez Rendón” at the Bolivar Square in Tunja. The event starts at 7:15 am, in order to guarantee a succesful program, please be on time. Each school is allowed to bring 10 students to the event, this number does not include the actors themselves. Please let us know which students are going to be at the event as soon as possible. The groups have to be accompanied by at least one teacher. At 7:30 the plays are going to start, we ask you to remain on your seat during this time. The winners will be announced at 1:00 p.m. The students will be split up in four different groups:  Mini Junior (Pre-escolar- 3- Primaria)  Junior (4- 5 Primaria)  Mini Senior (6 –7-8)  Senior (9-10-11) The order of the presentations will be given after the opening ceremony.
  • 3. “INSTITUCION EDUCATIVA JULIUS SIEBER” Nit: 820.001.994-5 •Tunja - Boyacá Calle 6A N° 9-25 Teléfonos: 7443339 – 3106092335 Barrio Asís – Tunja (Boyacá) Two students of each group (one male and one female) will be elected as best actor and actress. After one group is finished with its play, it will have a break. Afterwards it will be guided to its seats. Please don´t forget the props you brought and take them back with you. The Institución Educativa Julius Sieber won´t assume liability for stolen props and things that were brought to the theater. On the stage, a beamer will be available. During the play the students (actors and actresses) are not allowed to use a microphone. Each school is responsible of the discipline and organization of its students. It is also recommended to keep up each student´s behaviour. THANKS FOR YOUR SUPPORT AND ATTENDANCE
