EMPLOYMENT HISTORY
Western Building April 2014 to current - Project Manager
 Western Buildings principal clients are the insurance industry, all works are generate from
events such as fire, natural disasters, vehicular impact to buildings and companies who
have failed to complete building projects.
 My primarily role is Project Management of building works on behalf of insurance and
private client.
 I directly manage difficult clients or projects as required for Western Building.
Building and Maintenance Company:
Manager and Project Manger;
 Provide a broad range of building related service such as reactive and planned maintenance
service.
 To effectively undertake this work I utilised either direct employees and preferred
subcontractor's to undertake the works
 Provided building inspection, routine maintenance planning with timing and associated
budgets
 Project management of all phases of proposed project for clients through to co-ordinating
and completing the agreed works.
 Under took and successfully completed commercial and domestic building works such as
listed below
Commercial projects:
 Upgrade and refurbishment to Hospital, Medical centres, Offices, Training facilities,
Laboratory, Testing facilities for State Government, leaning institutions and private clients
 Complete internal and external refurbishment to multi story residential unit complex's
through out the metropolitan area.
 Redevelopment of professional and scientific multi and single storey complex's throughout
the metropolitan.
 Strata properties; refurbishment and improvements to unit complexes
 Design and construction of scientific testing facilities
 Alteration and improvements to NATA accredited Laboratories
Domestic;
 Alterations and addition to privately owned homes
 Design and construction of privately owned homes
State Government (Building)
Facilities Manager throughout Western Australia;
 I was financially and directly responsible for all the Building Maintenance, Minor and Major
Building Projects throughout the state, services provided to a varied range and type of

building ensuring compliance with Building Code of Australia (BCA), National Association of
Testing Authorities, Australia (NATA), Australian Standards and Heath and Safety across
Western Australia
 Types of infrastructure; Offices, Laboratories, Research Stations, Quarantine inspection
facilities, Glass Houses. Storage Shed, Structures and Workshops throughout Western
Australia.
 Projects Management Ranged from extensions and refurbishment to Office thought western
Australia, Upgrading of Quarantine facilities, Laboratories and Glasshouses to comply with
relevant AQIS, NATA and Australian Standards at various site across Western Australia
 Upgrades and improvements to staff housing across Western Australia
Site Manager
 Construction of new commercial construction works, alteration and additions including
heritage projects.
Building Inspection Service;
 Undertake property inspection to identify non compliant and urgent and planned building
works,
 Prepare building report and associated budget for the respective client including an over
view of urgent and non urgent items.
Risk Manager Building;
 Under take site inspection and data collection to evaluate the potential costs and cost
saving of certain types of inactive if under taken.
 Providing training and advice on Risk management strategies to reducing building damage
where possible.
Fire and Rescue Inspection and compliance section;
 Building development approvals and certification through to under taking compliance
inspection and testing.
