There are several key factors you need to consider when you write Internet marketing review that
sells. In this article I will cover several very important components of a successful Internet marketing
review and how to apply it to your business. Although all my recommendations are optional, when
you use them you will dramatically increase a chance of getting a sale from your review as well as
position yourself as an expert and authority thus building trust and respect from your audience. As a
result, your reader will be likely to trust you and buy other products you recommend. If you ignore
these recommendations, you can still do well, make sales and build a mailing list, however without a
trust from your readers and subscribers you are unlikely to build a long term relationships and make
more sales on a back end. So, let us get started.
Before you even start writing a review, it is important to get access to the product you are going to
review.
The first option is to just buy it. I usually write review for the products I actually bought and used in
my business and I am really happy with. It makes writing an honest review so much easier. Also,
when I owned and used a product or service for some time I usually develop some kind of technique
or my special way of using it. As a result, I can put all this information in a special report and offer it
as a bonus. This kind of bonus is actually looks very valuable in the eyes of the customer because it
complements a product with a case study of a real user using it to achieve a real result that the
customer wants. So, buy a product if you can afford it or if you are actually going to use it in your
business.
The second option is to get a review copy from a product owner. Product owners do rely on affiliate
sales heavily and in general are willing to provide an access to a product or service for you to review.
It is very easy for already established affiliate who have proven track of sales records to get access to
brand new products to review. It might not be that easy for a newbie affiliate who is just getting
started online. I personally found that some product owners are very nice and friendly to relatively
unknown affiliates if you approach them properly. Write a personal email to them or get hold on
them on Skype or instant messaging. Some product owners even publish their phone numbers on
their affiliate resources page. If you just call them up and explain what you are going to do, how you
are going to review and promote their product, the majority of product owners will give an access to
the review copy of their product. In some cases, especially when the product is very expensive, you
might not get access to the product itself but they can provide you with materials like table of
contents, checklists, and sample training videos which you can use to make you own judgement
about the product.
2. I do not recommend writing a review for a product or service based solely on the sample reviews
provided by a product owner for affiliates or on the sales letter unless you know and trust the
product author. You will be promoting the product or service to your customers and readers and, by
using off the shelf review or sales letter hype, you can make sales but if the product actually doesn't
live up to the customer's expectation, it will hurt you in a long run. Your customers and readers are
your most precious asset and their best interest should be your first priority.
