prompt against PeopleSoft

Make fields

Long Label is
used when
Single Column
Style is
selected

Code Type allows you
to create a list of values
that a user can select
from a drop down box
on the form.


Arrange Form Fields – 1 or 2 Columns

Use the up arrow to
move a field up in
the column
Select fields from
the top grid then
click to move them
to the right column

Select Single column style if you
only want 1 column and the Long
Labels to be used.

Select the Menu Folder to Publish the Form to
