The above data shows an
increase in literacy rate on
compulsion to study.
This will not help in increasing
the efficiency of the primary
education system.
The students should study on
interest and not on
compulsion.
Growth In Literacy Rate
Improper syllabus & education system
Personal problems of Students & teachers
The ways of handling the students
Teachers inability in understanding the needs of students
No proper interaction between students & teachers
Not encouraging the students
Lack of Management co-ordination with students and teachers
Education should be provided based
upon the income of the parents, not
on caste.
Education should be mainly
concentrated on poor students.
All schools in the country should
follow a common high standard
education syllabus.
Co-curricular activities should be
encouraged among the students.
There should be proper
communication & understanding
between the students and teachers.
Educational trip should be made
compulsory.
In addition to Mother tongue as a
mandatory subject, National
language (Hindi) and a Foreign
language of their own interest should
be included.
The school should have play ground,
library, auditorium etc.
Proposed solution
Inspection after implementation of Proposed Solution is mandatory for a Strong and Robust
Education System
Therefore Inspection team should be formed.
THE ULTIMATE SOLUTION
THE INSPECTION TEAM
Inspection team consist of
1. Senior teacher
2. Psychiatrist
3. Educationists
4. Social activists
5. Teacher
• The inspection team will inspect the school at least once in a month.
• The number of inspection team will be equal to the number of schools in the city or state or country.
• The inspection team can be sent to other state schools.
• The school to be inspected should be confidential and it will be informed to the team only at the last moment.
• The inspection team has the right to report about the school directly to the Education Minister, if the progress
of the school is unsatisfied.
• In the inspection team the teachers should be changed after every 3 months.
• The inspection team should have direct conversation with the students and
teachers individually.
• The psychiatrist should interact with students and teachers individually.
• The student attendance and performance should be checked. If it is not up to
the level then the inspection team has the rights to inform the parents.
• Separate counselling is given to parents and students who have been called.
• The inspection team should explain the importance of education to the
parents and student.
• The inspection team can help the student by providing funds to the students
having financial problem. They can get the money from the respective
government.
• If the progress of the student who is getting funds form the government is
not up to the level then the funds can be stopped temporarily.
• Once in a year the students and teachers should be taken for the conference
about carrier development.
The teacher
will definitely
improve the
ways of
teaching
students.
Due to
periodic
inspection,
the school
will function
without any
problem.
Identifying the
problem of
students and
teachers, will
enable us to
find the proper
solution.
There will be
good
communication
between
students,
teachers, and
higher officials.
The proper application
oriented syllabus will
bring interest in
teaching and
Learning.
Students will
know to read and
write in their
mother-tongue .
The higher
official in the
school will
definitely
maintain the
student records.
