- It is unique to each individual The only person that can define wealth, favor and eminence in the context of your own life is you. As Spiritualists and as Women, I believe it is critical for us all to examine these concepts of success and define them. Other things to consider: Where do you have success? Where do you want success?

Public appeal Recognition Physical representation of that public appeal and recognition. It feels good, because it is good. You should enjoy success and share it with others
- How do you devise a “personal strategic plan” for personal success? Identify your personal gifts and your personal values
- Why not use a paradigm that is already familiar?
- Interactive Exercise on Personal Values Identifying your values can be harder to define. It’s easy to say I have degree “X” to offer the world, but what do I value . In myself, in other people and the world around me. Other women must employ others to full-fill these functions Should you feel guilty about delegation of tasks? “ You can’t do it all” “ I Can’t” Is it that you “can’t” or that you “won’t”
