Marketers today have to face a totally different Customer type then 30 years ago.Today as a Marketer you need to operate multichannel because the customer does the same.It is difficult now to handle all that information at once. You will need Data, Knowledge and Speed to keep up today
Today as you can see Users or Customers behaviour has changed. Why? Technology connects the world in a way that has never been faster before. Or what could be faster than light?So customers learn about products when they share it on Social Media. They investigate and compare prices on the internet. They purchase a brand that they identify with. The Interact, comment, rate their brands.
Creating a Demand means to inspire in the first way. But how can you people recognize your product through this jungle of information and hard competition on the internet.You need your customer to connect with your brand. A loyal returning customer is value today and you should really work on that.Ok create a brand with charakter and charm like a Hero or a friend you have on facebook. You would like to see what is going on in his life when he is interesting but not annoying right?Once you have your fanbase you should try to learn from them. Get feedback and critics from your customer. Analyse them and you will find the key to improve your biz for them satisfaction.
