Introducción
In this case we see the issue of Bullying which is carried out by the
classroom teacher and a student who comes from the U.S., the master
being a very traditionalist who feels courage to know that the "gringo"
student knows more than she, which causes her to ignore the bullying
caused by students of the classroom and that she applies see much
methods and theories that apply in these cases, also the solution and
favorable results. To carry out the theme and structure specifically
taking an order.
Body
Applying the field of Adolescent Development we select the topic of
bullying, because today is something that is seen on all levels of
education, is an issue that must be resolved as it not only applies
between classmates but some sometimes teachers also apply bullying
his students and most of the time because the student knows a bit
more than the teacher, the young must learn to live together and help
themselves.
To achieve a more realistic effect, we use a classic dress that is a
traditionalist master suit in neutral colors and beads and the main
student (affected) with a guy nerd attire, a pant at the waist with a
tucked in shirt and square lenses for play use a TV set with colored
lights and cameras include music for spin, the judge has a traditional
costume and We set the atmosphere. The voice tones and feelings that
in the play we are correct to catch the attention of the audience. And
the in Adolescent Development and Artistic Education have that we
use a puppet that is a mini Waldo (victim) on this occasion he is
awareness of him. He always says things like "you are the best, and so
envy you" in this case the Ego, Id and Super-ego are the ego
comprising the organized part of the personality structure that
includes defensive functions applies the super-ego is like punishing
bad behavior, this is the contradiction of ID as the super-ego strives to
act appropriately and ID only wants self-gratification.
Speaking to the subject of Paradigms and Educational Approaches
and back to the topic of bullying that takes place in a classroom for
students and the teacher if we consider educational psychology that
are components of processes and relationships where people have
thoughts and feelings have the teaching-learning process is <-> where
teacher-student relationship at the beginning this is not shown.
Considering the class Paradigms and Second Language Acquisition,
the teacher is a traditionalist, a very authoritarian person, everything
becomes static is intellectualist because it makes the dissociation
between intellect and affection does not allow participation to students
and this case shows favoritism with a student. Today we still see some
teachers that focus traditionalists methods where there is only the oral
presentation of the master, there is no reasoning or active participation
in students, learning is cumulative and continuing thereafter where
EVALUATION limited to exams and assign ratings.
In the play that makes the traditionalist teacher bullying a student the
dunce cap, standing in the corner, having one' poor grade announced
to the class, bullying teachers can act by using degrading words and
treatment, as well as physical punishments.
Entering the matter back to Paradigms and Second Language
Acquisition we can see that in the theater play acts is that the teacher
doesn´t allow the constructivist method doesn´t allow knowledge
building, socialization, is based on in behaviorism, everything taught is
based on books by all elements watch them without interpretation only
briefly constrains the behavior.
Entering SLA have what has become characteristic of learning where
we have a spot for me as a student and future teacher I feel it is the
most important and I think that when a teacher makes you bullying is
what first is lost, I am referring to what is MOTIVATION. Motivation
is a factor that must always be considered because there are key points
for good learning. Motivation includes the thoughts and feelings that
we used to do anything we want, we have the extrinsic that is outside
the learner and intrinsic that is located inside of the person, then the
work is seen as the teacher assaulted the student without concerned
that may damage the motivation putting the student in a critical
emotional state and even to renounce their studies.
According to Z. Dörney and K.Csizér there are 10 areas that serve to
influence students mentioning the points 1-2-3-5 that are: 1-The
Teacher, 1-The classroom atmosphere, 3- The task and 5-Selfconfidence; for myself I think that this 4 areas are the most important
because the teacher the teacher should give good example for greater
motivation, to be sensitive, in the classroom there should be an
atmosphere of tranquility, confidence and good humor, learn to
receive feedback and learn to ask, learn to accept mistakes that we
make, that is why for me are the key points that everyone should
consider. The styles of learning are another important point that we
must always take into account because not all students have the same
learning style each student has their own way their own process and
ways to remember information, some are visual learn best by watching
and observing other listening and hearing auditory learning after they
prefer the kinesthetic learning while they are in or touching
movements and autonomous and they decide to learn how to learn,
schools today must have highly developed
Today schools must take in all fields developed using visual methods
to teach, hearing kinesthetic to achieve closer and more students
achieve greater understanding. Another crucial point is Krashen
Affective Filter in few words, students who are studying a language
must have to be receptive to that input, and that when students are
bored or frustrate or lose motivation not succeed in causing the
learning a new language, in this case the theater play we see the
teacher to the student assaults and cases can affect their learning. The
problem could arise if reached by bullying the teacher would be the
fossilation had continued, that would take the student to a stalemate
by not learning and not express themselves correctly.
In Didactics we can also observe for Teacher Centered Vs Student
Centered where the teacher believes that knowledge is only teacherstudent, students only receive information, to only those students will
be seen as learners, to put discipline on the other hand this the student
centered is that they build their knowledge synthesizing information,
the teacher is seen as a facilitator, asking questions and the answer
cooperative work and the teacher and students work together to learn,
which in this case is not as at first this very specified only TC side and
not the SC but eventually leveling is achieved both for better
education.
Conclusion
In this case we have what is VS Traditional Teaching Communicative
Approach, the beginning teacher is closed, and it is behaviorist
authoritarian but eventually becomes open, accept opinions of others,
let students participate is meaningful. It allows what is constructivism
by Vygotsky, the classes are more dynamic and attractive environment
is to learn new things.
In the play is accomplished by changing the mom was worried and
asks one of the partners of the victim classes to record solid evidence.
Teachers who apply their students bullying can be reported, but
unfortunately for fear of reprisals by the teacher have do not. But
bullying is not issues that we should spend long must always earn
respect, make ourselves heard, thanks to new technologies classes
become a dynamic environment in an environment where the study is
pleasant and positive.
in this world every day more and more artifacts to help educate
invented, but are applied most of the time because teachers do not
know how to use them, that is why it is the responsibility of the
directors to exercise prior training teachers so that they know how to
use these technologies.

According to Z. Dörney and K.Csizér there are 10 areas that serve to influence students mentioning the points 1-2-3-5 that are: 1-The Teacher, 1-The classroom atmosphere, 3- The task and 5-Selfconfidence; for myself I think that this 4 areas are the most important because the teacher the teacher should give good example for greater motivation, to be sensitive, in the classroom there should be an atmosphere of tranquility, confidence and good humor, learn to receive feedback and learn to ask, learn to accept mistakes that we make, that is why for me are the key points that everyone should consider. The styles of learning are another important point that we must always take into account because not all students have the same learning style each student has their own way their own process and ways to remember information, some are visual learn best by watching and observing other listening and hearing auditory learning after they prefer the kinesthetic learning while they are in or touching movements and autonomous and they decide to learn how to learn, schools today must have highly developed Today schools must take in all fields developed using visual methods to teach, hearing kinesthetic to achieve closer and more students achieve greater understanding. Another crucial point is Krashen Affective Filter in few words, students who are studying a language must have to be receptive to that input, and that when students are bored or frustrate or lose motivation not succeed in causing the learning a new language, in this case the theater play we see the teacher to the student assaults and cases can affect their learning. The problem could arise if reached by bullying the teacher would be the fossilation had continued, that would take the student to a stalemate by not learning and not express themselves correctly.
  • 5. In Didactics we can also observe for Teacher Centered Vs Student Centered where the teacher believes that knowledge is only teacherstudent, students only receive information, to only those students will be seen as learners, to put discipline on the other hand this the student centered is that they build their knowledge synthesizing information, the teacher is seen as a facilitator, asking questions and the answer cooperative work and the teacher and students work together to learn, which in this case is not as at first this very specified only TC side and not the SC but eventually leveling is achieved both for better education. Conclusion In this case we have what is VS Traditional Teaching Communicative Approach, the beginning teacher is closed, and it is behaviorist authoritarian but eventually becomes open, accept opinions of others, let students participate is meaningful. It allows what is constructivism by Vygotsky, the classes are more dynamic and attractive environment is to learn new things. In the play is accomplished by changing the mom was worried and asks one of the partners of the victim classes to record solid evidence. Teachers who apply their students bullying can be reported, but unfortunately for fear of reprisals by the teacher have do not. But bullying is not issues that we should spend long must always earn respect, make ourselves heard, thanks to new technologies classes become a dynamic environment in an environment where the study is pleasant and positive. in this world every day more and more artifacts to help educate invented, but are applied most of the time because teachers do not know how to use them, that is why it is the responsibility of the directors to exercise prior training teachers so that they know how to use these technologies.
