Who we are?
Soraya Ploia
Soraya Ploia works at INdT (Manaus) as a Scrum Master,
since 2008. She took part in the definition and implementation
of agile within INdT, and now she would like to share this
experience and find new ideas to develop the process.
Certified (CSM and CSPO) by ScrumAlliance, always looking
for new challenges and experiences, so joining Scrum
Gathering India is such an important moment to her personal
and professional life.

Julia Hipolito
Certified (CSM) by ScrumAlliance, acting in the role of Scrum
Master since 2007 in software projects. Member of Agile
implementation team at Indt, where develops activities
focused on the Scrum framework. Constantly participates in
events within the enterprise, partners and universities
addressing agility process, with the aim of disseminate the
Agile culture inside and outside the company. Her goal in
Scrum Gathering India is know other successful ways of
adoptingAgile and share experiences.

Five Whys
Help identify the root cause of a problem. Describe What and

1 – Review the issues and themes identified by team
2 – Divide the team into pairs or small groups
3 – Start the process asking : Why an event or problem
occurred? In response to the answer, be questioner asks
“Why happened?” Repeat this process 4 or 5 times
