CONCLAVE CONTEXT

Building a global organization means being willing to embrace a
broad range of cultures, working across multiple time zones, and
attempting to learn and understanding apparently peculiar customs
and ways of conducting the business. Selecting the right global
managers among the multi-generational workforce is the first and
the foremost task for smooth global management. The global
environment       which       is    characterized    by     economic
downturns, increasing expectations of the customers, technological
invasions etc calls for collaborative approach towards organizational
