Best practice in Work Based Learning - Innovation in Training Liz Hilton demonstrated Charnwood Training Group’s Health and Safety Resource and the Charnwood Induction Pack. Liz discussed: Company benefits – reduced travel costs and better use of time of training officers, by eliminating initial induction visits; plus find how easily the induction can be repurposed for other clients. Costs and what’s involved – a relatively small initial investment on software, however you do need skill, design and scripting experience to use Flash to create interactive objects. Commercial benefits - once you have developed a template, it could easily be customised for other clients.
