They do daily tweets of articles, polls, news and more. This is a
prominent tool that many teachers and foundations currently follow.
Usefulness:
Personally, I like the relevant personal information
that this page posts about students on an individual
level. It gives significant information that is important
for teachers to know about their students personally
as well as academically.

7.  Alberta Education is the curriculum learning hub for Alberta students and
teachers. They provide daily tweets of curricular information, important
events, and anecdotal evidence.
Usefulness:
The Alberta Education page on twitter stays up to date
and is certainly knowledgeable of current events. This
is relevant especially for teachers. Relevant issues could
be school construction, curricular reforms, and
technological implications.

10. • Discovery Education is a tool for teachers and students alike that tweets
daily resources, information, articles, seminars, scholarship information
and much more. The goal of this goal is to inspire discovery.
Usefulness:
Perhaps the highlighting feature of this page is that
they provide resources that truly do inspire inquiry and
discovery for students. For teachers, getting students
interested and asking questions is one the most, if not
most important parts of the pedagogical process.

13. This semester has provided a mixture of frustration, discovery,
enlightenment, and opportunity. I certainly wasn’t aware of the
world of technology that our schools are delving into. The
resources I’ve used throughout the semester have yielded
promising results of an innovative new world for students and
teachers alike. Through the use of these technologies, learning
outcomes for students are more favorable than ever. These
implications apply to teachers as well. We have the chance to be
more connected and resourceful. It is an exciting time to be a
teacher.
