limited to construction the supply of high quality tailor made supplies of industrial and consumer
goods to the communities at large. Our goal is to provide an end product and service that is
unique to customer requirements. The company is also a registered member of the Construction
Industry Board Development (CIDB)
Jacoth also does Office Supplies and IT Hardware Equipment supplies; in addition we also offer
management consulting services, training services and construction.
Jacoth enhance and adds value to the market through innovation, distribution and development
needs for household, companies, government departments and municipalities.
1.2. Company Background
Jacoth (Pty) Ltd was founded in October 2012 in Soweto, Gauteng by a visionary entrepreneur
Mr N Jacob Mngomezulu. The company is 100% wholly black owned and managed. The aim is
to offer unparalleled services to the private sector and the government and by becoming actively
involved in the government projects and employing previously disfranchised youth and women.
1.3. Executive Summary
The Founder and director of Jacoth (Pty) Ltd is capable of executing flawlessly on the above
mentioned strategies. With his experience of more than 10 years in management,
entrepreneurship as well as other executive positions, the company has a young, dynamic,
energetic and highly motivated management team, which has extensive experience and the
relevant skills to position Jacoth as the company of choice.
His work experience includes being a marketing manager for Vodacom and Old Mutual.
He also worked as a project manager for No Buhle Besive Trading and then went on to
start his first company called the Garedi-reng trading and Projects where he completed
several projects and then moved on to starting Jacoth (Pty) Ltd
