The 5 Phases of Progress:
Phase 1: The Grind Phase
This phase is where we all start out.
It’s where we learn about ourselves and find what works best for us and our team.
It’s also where we discover our ability to tap into our inner power and create magical breakthrough stories
out of thin air.
Phase 2: Scaling Up Marketing
This is the phase that takes us from a few good sources of traffic all the way to having multiple sources of
high quality, non-stop traffic flowing into our business.
It takes time, patience, and a budget, but it’s well worth the effort for those who choose to see it all the way
2. through. Believe me, I see it with my own eyes daily from the people I have chosen to surround myself with.
Phase 3: Duplication
Get others to do what you are doing inside of your business to multiply the results with no additional effort
on your part.
This can be done through paying for it to be outsourced or by outsourcing it to people on your team who
are affiliates of the products/services you’re selling.
Phase 4: System
After all the hard work of grinding out the tough stuff, meticulously fine-tuning and scaling up your
marketing, and taking the time to teach others to duplicate your results, you need to systematize it in a way
that streamlines the whole process so you get get more results with less effort.
Phase 5: Culture
This is the phase where it becomes necessary to cement a solid team culture into your business that will
keep people around and keep them producing for years and years to come. This shouldn’t be hard if you
have attracted the type of people you work best with over the course of the previous 4 phases.

In the first 30 days of launching Empower Network, over 10,000 people became customers of a
revolutionary marketing system that enabled the average person to earn 100% commissions and have it all
directly deposited into their bank accounts daily if they chose to become an affiliate.
In June, 2012…
Out of the over 10,000 customers, 1,200 of them decided they wanted to stomp out their inner wussy and
