3. PUROPOSE
• It is necessary to approach computer
problems from a logical standpoint, and to
best do this, we use troubleshooting theory.
Several different troubleshooting
methodologies are out there; this power point
focuses on the CompTIA A+ six- step
troubleshooting process
Example: Death by Blue Screen, due to lack of RAM capacity
Downloading data and music files, storing to a hard drive that has a full storage limit. Memory from the ram absorbs to remaining data. Specifically 256k RAM
Attempted to download media file, interrupted by a disclaimer instruction loss of virtual memory.
Purchased 32 Gigabyte Ram along with 500GB Hard drive. Removed old hard drive and ram and installed drivers
Properly installed RAM in PCI Slots, Properly installed hard drive with driver software.
Finally, we can document everything that we happen to find. By following this simple troubleshooting process, we can solve our problems and get our systems running as quickly as possible.
