7. How we work with travel agents/agencies:
1 - FIRST CONTACT
The request sent to us by the travel agency must specify in which services they are interested, the travel
dates and the number of people travelling. The more details you send us about the customer's profile,
interests, expectations as much faster we can provide the right offers.
The request can be sent via e-mail or discussed via skype.
2 - PROPOSAL
After reviewing the request, we’ll send a first proposal with 2 or 3 options with different ideas,
suggestions, tours and experiences that under our experience we believe that best suit to the request
received.
3 - TRAVEL PROGRAM CONFIGURATION
After receiving feedback on our first proposal and a deposit payment by paypal or creditcard, we’ll
begin to configure the tailor-made trip to the client. In this process the communication between us and
the requesting agency will be frequent in order to configure the ideal trip for each client.
4 - CONFIRMATION
Once we have defined the structure of the trip and the budget has been accepted, we’ll confirm the trip,
services or experiences.
