Just remember that the selection of the system is only the beginning of a much longer digital journey – and often a challenging one, so not one to embark on every year! As an analyst, I always find it interesting and stimulating to help customers through the CMS selection process. In this presentation I will wrap up the WCM conference track by sharing the most common and the costliest selection mistakes – so you don’t have to repeat them. These mistakes are inextricably linked to some of the inconvenient truths in the marketplace.
