It just means practicing different behaviors than what you probably already do. When you focus on remembering minutia and details, it adversely affects your ability to engage in strategic thinking. We have to be careful as leaders and logistic meeting professionals of falling into the trap of losing sight of the bigger picture. Our current association adult education is a victim to an outdated teacher- and expert-centered model.
