Quick presentation on 2012-2013 and some 2013 services, changes, and projects offered in the Reference Department. Knew the presentation had to be quick and focused on technology. Opted for word clouds to show variety of tasks each department has in a quick visual.

- Variety of services and responsibilities from watering the orange trees on our floor to creating and implementing programs and offering assistance in a variet of ways, not just a verbal answer to a question. Our services have expanded in many ways.Over 30, 700
- The first thing we think of in regards to reference and it is still a big part of our services, being the person there to answer the question

- Jason just obtained a $350 grant from a lady who funds preservation projects. Thinking of using it to get a couple of our maps reframed or another de-humidifier.
