 Regional Account Director
o The Director provides hands-on leadership to the regional corporate recruiting
function and owns accountability for the outcomes. Accountable for the following
regions: South Africa, France, Morocco, Spain, Romania, Russia and Sweden.
 Recruitment Manager
o The Manager leads and motivates a team of on-site Recruiters across multiple
locations in support of one or more customers.
 Recruitment Operations Manager
o The Recruitment Operations Manager will own the activities related to recruitment of
associates, project fulfillment, process efficiency and quality.

 Recruiter
o The Recruiter will act as Subject Matter Experts for their business area/region,
managing the end to end recruitment process for external requirements, owning the
relationship with Client Managers & Candidates throughout the process, and be a
key member in delivering the RPO to the client.
 Recruitment Coordinator
o The Recruitment Coordinator will manage all candidate administration within a
specific region, organize and manage candidate interviews and assessments,
including scheduling and preparing interviewer and candidate packs.
 Resourcer
o The Resourcer will source and research high quality candidates from diverse range
of channels, partner with recruiters to ensure pro-active searching of candidates
from diverse channels for specific requisitions, as well as build and manage
candidate pools for current and future hiring needs.
