• Site focal point for all Airbus UK configuration documents received in Nashville.
• Receives, checks and analyzes all proposed engineering and product specification
changes for Airbus UK A330/340, Airbus A330 NEO, Airbus A320 WRE, Gulfstream
GIV, G500 and G600 programs.
• Chairs internal change review board for the purpose of gathering and documenting cost
and schedule impact for all proposed engineering and product specification changes
• Documents and coordinates transmittal of cost and schedule impact for proposed
changes from internal change review board to contracts and/or customer(s)
• Assists as necessary with negotiation and/or explanation of cost impact(s) internally
and to customer(s)
• Receives, checks and analyzes all finalized process specification, engineering and
product specification documents for Airbus UK A330/340, Airbus A330 NEO, Airbus
A320 WRE, Gulfstream GIV, G500 and G600 programs.
• Chairs internal change review board for the purpose of approving release of finalized
engineering and product specification documents
• Coordinates implementation of released documents thru internal change review board
to affected departments and disciplines
• Notifies customer(s) and/or Contracts of firm schedule target agreements or
disagreements for release of finalized documents
• Updates data control records for release of finalized changes for production use
• Updates Planning and/or production bills of material in line with released documents
• Updates Planning and/or production bills of material in line with internal requests or
spares requirements
• Reviews all Airbus UK & Cessna purchase orders to verify accuracy and confirm
requirements of PO’s
• Assists in customer and internal audit preparation/response
• Have served previously as CDM focal point for IPT program start-up for Airbus UK
A330/340 program, Airbus UK A340-600 program, Airbus UK A340-600 WV101
program, AD Flap redesign program, A320 Wing Reinforcing program & current A330
NEO program.
• Design release approver for AD program, Design release checker for Airbus UK A340-
600 Leading Edge program
• Participated in fact finding trips to Rockwell, McDonnell Douglas & Airbus UK
• Participated twice in negotiation of cost estimates with Airbus UK, once with British
Aerospace.
• Have assisted previously with Manufacturing Assembly Planning, Master Schedule
maintenance, new software system implementation, recent conversion to SAP, etc.
• Assigned to C130 sub-assembly during 2008-2009 work stoppage
