Coloradans are registered in Medicaid and 63,000 registered in CHP+. Maximus is the vendor

user. The Colorado department of health care policy and financing (HCPF) is the state program
manager. The roles and responsibilities of Maximus are to conduct eligibility & enrollment services
for Colorado’s medical assistance programs, partner with the Department to streamline current
