Workouts which do not require any gym!
The DVD's contains effective and compact workouts that will help
you losing weight in just 30 minutes a day, over the period of 90
days (3 months). The workouts are divided in 3 Phases, each phase
is 1 month. 1 month contains 4 Metabolic Training Circuit DVD's
and 1 Cardio DVD. It doesn't matter what level you are because
every routine features a low-impact modifier which makes it easy
for you to follow Jillian!

- Easy to do at home by using your own weights and resistance cables.
- You'll receive not only the dvd's but you'll also get nutritional help to accomplish the results you are looking
for.
- Body Revolution will deliver exercises to build solid stability, endurance and strength. Most weight loss
programs are too quick so you can't keep up or are simply too intense so you give up. Jillian keeps your
speed and your level in mind, so you can easily keep up.
- Very affordable product, considering that you theoretically have your own personal trainer on board.
Compare the price with a trainer you can hire and you'll know what I mean.
- Very fun and entertaining workouts to keep your concentration at a high level so you won't give up.
- Most important! You'll be losing weight like a tornado, this product really delivers what it promised on their
salespage. After 90 days, I (and Jillian most likely also) can guarentee you that you've lost a lot of weight and
are feeling way better, mental and physical!
6. CONS
- Jillian is well-know because of her toughness, sometimes she uses bad language which you
don't like to hear. If you are offended by her cursing then this course is not for you, keep that in
mind!
- Skip this course if you are having bad knees, the 1st and 2nd phases are doable but the 3rd
phase caused my a lot of pain because of the exercises I needed to do.
7. Conclusion
Jillian Michaels Body Revolution comes with 15 dvd's (12 strength & 3 cardio). Each workout takes around 30
minutes. Every 2 weeks you switch the strength workout dvd's and every month the cardio workout dvd.
Every week is 2 days of cardio and 4 days of strength, so 6 days in total per week. It feels like you have your
own personal trainer.
The dvd's are really great, Jillian can be really tough, but the results don't lie! The first time she said I had to
do push-up jacks, I could barely do 1. After 3 weeks I was able to do the full 30 sec inteval of push-up jacks
without a problem.
Just a little downside here: My knees where not that good because of my overweight, this made the 3rd
phase really hard for me (I even had to skip a few exercises because of this). So be aware that you should not
buy Jillian's course if you have bad knees.
Overall this product is a really good investment and I can highly recommend it to anyone who is serious
about losing weight!
