     ​JoAnna Bradley, AT&T Technology Operations 
Solving riddles be they for entertainment, data solutions or diplomatic amelioration is at the crux of JoAnna’s 
professional life.  JoAnna holds an MBA with a dual focus in Entrepreneurship and Marketing used to consult 
local political campaign, small business and non­profit development and promotion efforts. Often, her 
strategies incorporate social media and harnessing Big Data for analysis.  Her current focus is developing 
marketing and social media strategies for the aforementioned in the Bay Area.  
Her employer has recognized JoAnna multiple times for leading significant cost cutting, multi­million dollar 
projects. More formally she has received awards from the non­profits she has assisted both inside and 
outside of AT&T. She plans to pivot her career toward marketing to solve riddles about consumers. 
Leadership live, in person or virtually across the seven seas 
● Leads 6­12 IT projects simultaneously​, including software development and hardware conversions. 
Stakeholders are routinely spread across the country and the world.  
● Mentored and led Team in Training volunteers to ​hit quarterly fundraising targets of ~$1,800 each​. 
● Led successful AT&T efforts with ​budgets up to $25 million including proof­of­concept projects​. 
● Reduced departmental operating costs by coordinating decommission and removal of 6 mainframes 
as part of the “Billion Dollar March” initiative. 
Competitive advantage in the office and outside  
● Invigorating ​public speaker who has competed​ in speech and evaluation (listening & constructively 
critiquing) contests around the Bay Area 
● Strategically leading projects toward meeting or beating Mean­Time­To­Implement metrics 
● Endurance athlete who completes 3­4 triathlons, half­marathons or duathlons annually while 
gradually improving speed. 
● Advised on local political campaigns ​to increase engagement​ via social media.  This increased the 
candidates exposure and provided a cost efficient way to gather competitive intelligence 
Strategic problem solving: qualitatively and quantitatively  
● Protects earned value​ of projects by identifying issues’ root cause and the correct entity to fix them.  
● Uses Six Sigma principles and quantitative data to solve qualitative matters such as promoting 
fundraisers and hitting a key profits.  Led a fundraising project that ​raised $30,000 in six months.  
● Developed and led a cost avoidance program comprised of 5 project managers that ​saved the 
enterprise $1million over 3 years. 
● Designed and executed marketing plans for political and charitable events to expand beyond the 
primary stakeholders’ immediate social and professional networks. ​Raised $3,000 in a 6 week 
cradle­to­grave fundraiser.
